The only follow question I would have is at what point in the transaction would these documents be transmitted and filled out by the seller and tenants?

No advice is given by a transactional agent.Everything a buyer says or any information gained on or from the buyer can be and if relevant to the transaction should be transmitted to the seller.

As you know average power loss from transmission lines traveling from power plants to consumers is 8-15% as it is, and that increases a lot the farther the electricity needs to be transmitted hence why power plants need to be close to civilization.

So isn't this saying that surface to person is not the main way it is transmitted. 

Ask the seller to contact the bank and obtain a history of all communications with the prior agent, all non-confidential internal notes, plus a copy of all documents transmitted by the agent and the date of transmittal.

Ok thanks everyone, while doing my own research I found out that GSM alarm system uses a regular sim card and can be easily transmitted to my phone when there's a burglary.
