Make sure you have "Charlotte" as one of your key Word alerts and you should see it.

Maybe I’m looking right past it but is there no “search” box to search keywords in the forums?

Is there a way to search the forums by keyword on the new appAlso on my alerts when it shows them it shows the keyword but does not show the title of the post - anyway to show the title to the post ?

Setup a keyword alert for "turnkey" It's probably one of the most widely discussed topics here on bigger pockets.

In addition to making the most of your local meetups (which i see you're already doing) make sure to set up some strategic keyword alerts so you can keep tabs on the forums effectively.
