Thank you @Dan Burstain that is encouraging as I want to make good cash flow for my first house hack.

You should encourage the neighbor to call police anytime your tenant is on the property, to report them for trespassing.

The intent is to encourage homeowners to make improvements and to apply for permits to do so properly “without fear of being subjected to the school-impact fees” so long as the new accessible space does not exceed 500 square feet.

It felt if I sent a letter out it would encourage tenants not to pay.

Here are the criteria I used and the questions I asked in my survey:Any property manager needed to manage a minimum of 100 units to ensure a good sample sizeAny property owner needed to own a minimum of 20 units to ensure a good sample sizeOnly apartments were considered in this surveyI called on April 6th asking how many tenants have paid IN FULLOnly properties in New Hampshire were considered (I encourage people to do this in their own state!

And on a somewhat related note, as property owners and borrowers, if we have the means to make our mortgage payments and put food on the table, it's encouraged you do so. 

If my son was in his early twenties with his whole life ahead of him, I would encourage him to follow his reasonable desire and goal of 'moving into'(?)

I encourage you to back things up for second...Why do you want to be in RE?
