Wear your best clothes, (typically I prefer to wear a suit with no tie) do your hair, and show up looking like a professional.

Although it got me in the door, it is not a strategy that can scale for business or health reasons( I want to pull out my hair at times) However; I would not tell someone not to do it. 

Well, there's always Bitcoin :D.Seriously though - as much as I hate the hair-brained and pandering policies Seattle City Council and other similar governing bodies, I think we as landlords tend to blow the eviction thing out of proportion.

They'll drive their fancy car payment to their hair and nail appt at the mall after stopping at Starbucks and think nothing of it.  

I am just about the most skeptical person out there and when my friend asked me to join him in a new venture, and he told me what he did (and what he paid), my spidey senses just about went off the charts.
