My advice would be to read First to a Million (and the workbook), published by none other than Bigger Pockets.

Give it a couple years, after books start printing on the strategy and it will be all everyone talks about, after it's a dry well of course like most post-publishing strategies.

This facility would likely need someone onsite for security reasons.Their security right now is decent, cameras that pick up audio and video, only risk is people following each other in/out of the entrance/exit gate.

To give some context, if you haven't listened to it, the episode was published in January of 2014.

Many people start looking at places listed in all these top 10 STR markets to invest in are published and look only there. 

It should be to the publisher by November.

It would be nice to see an income/expense  statement covering these questions from the people who publish books on DST's.
