If they all bring their own trucks . 

@Dan D.I bet I could do it....but instead of spending an entire weekend balancing precariously on ladders I'd rather pay the guy with the bucket truck to deal with it in an hour or so while I'm sipping coffee and browsing the BP forum.

Then I use a dc to ac power inverter in my truck along with an extension cord to run the spin/drain cycle on the washer. 

So the company that rents the box truck to tenants to move their stuff is ethically to blame.  

When meeting with applicants I could not believe how many middled 50's guys have nothing to their name but a few tools, a beat up truck & a minimum wage JOB & no retirement plan.The guy we hired turned out to be amazing & he has helped in many projects at the 6-plex & many other properties we have.

And why do you drive a 15yr old truck?

Most of the time I'd realize it when I passed the garbage truck on my way to work.After you get your initial list, you could refine it by seeing which houses had cans at all.

This money, instead of saving, is going straight to my debt (admittedly a truck loan), to get it paid off quicker.
