I'm actually in Augusta, GA- but that doesn't appear to be an option for location.Right now I feel like I'm suffering from analysis paralysis. 

Am I still able to rent it out to him for less than a few days because of the Augusta rule (don't have to report to IRS if it's less than 14 days)?

My tenets are from Augusta and have mentioned how much quieter and nicer Waterville is compared to our capital.

But news and market trends took a while to reach Augusta.In Augusta, the market cycle change was more of an ease than a shift.

As the title suggests- looking for title companies in the Augusta area that are investor friendly. 

There were other issues within the house as well.I was 'fortunate' that in August, a drunk driver hit the opposite unit of the duplex forcing a condemnation of the whole property until the structure could be improved.
