Also - if you haven't yet, be sure to set up those Keyword Alerts for things that matter to you!

If you fill out the keyword alerts with your area, type of property you are interested in, etc., whenever that term comes up on forums you will be notified.

I will throw in back links and keywords so it ranks in Google searches.

It can be a low cost form of advertising (PPC), and I am pretty confident that I can build a solid infrastructure targeting highly converting keywords for my area.

You will learn a lot just by setting up some keywords of interest and reading the threads linked to them.

I'd recommend listening to BP podcasts, keep keyword alerts, search Forums to get started.

I am in the beginning stages of finding a good company that is also key word "affordable" to do a siding job on my rehab.
