Hello, everyone.

My name is Sam and I currently live in Northern California. I'm really excited to be a part of BiggerPockets and learn as much as possible from the wealth of expertise contained here.

Please check out my profile to learn a little more about me. I have absolutely no real estate experience, but one day I woke up and decided that I wanted to get involved in Real Estate investing as an additional source of income. Although difficult, I know it's possible to balance a full-time job and develop a profitable real estate portfolio---I just need to be guided in the right direction!

I'm interested in wholesaling to start out. I want to gain an understanding of the market and property valuations through this method before flipping my own rehabs.

Thanks for reading and any advice would be greatly appreciated!
