The technology is the "easy" part (not that any of this is easy); creating consumer awareness and confidence is definitely the challenge.

This question is a good indicator to see if they are a motivated seller cause most motivated sellers don’t lie.

Your rents are very low, so I suspect your potential acquisition lies within a declining economic area.
