Depending on where you are located, you might want to meet CPA or lawyer in person, but with technology nowadays, many if not all things can be handled remotely.There many great CPAs here on BP that work with investors remotely, like @Daniel Hyman @Brandon HallI don't know who is taking on new clients, but definitely worth reaching out.

Seller has turned a legal 2-unit coach house into 5 highly illegal units - total squalor with many code violations.Seller has lied multiple times on the listing and in talking to us, and they are essentially housing people in filth.

Hmm...there are a lot of ways to look at the data and come to a conclusion about it.Lies, damn lies and statistics comes to mind.Garbage in, garbage out does too.But I am a cynical appraiser, who won't appraise anymore, because I am a little too good at math, and a little too honest to do it anymore.

I'm curious whether or not the technology of today will eventually be infused with our contractors and subcontractors and the life work on a project that allows people potential buyers to see what a house would look like given certain options on floor plans to just be with ditions or adding certain cabinets or colors in a virtual reality type of setting.
