If you'll excuse my ignorance- how exactly do you go about obtaining an absentee owner list?

As many of you know prices are all over the place with some General Contractors using covid as an excuse for an upcharge.

Now, if you'll excuse me I need to go run the numbers on a run-down duplex I just looked at that I almost certainly will never buy.

Excuse my ignorance as I'm in an LL friendly state, but doesn't some rent control also enforce a maximum rent amount? 

* I don't know why we even bother with this step since most of the time there is always some BS excuse from Tenant.On the third day after Return date we should get a response from the Housing Session.

I seriously doubt you have any recourse that will allow you to purchase this particular property, but if the listing agent revealed to your agent that she didn't submit the offer, you should certainly file a complaint.I assume if the listing agent volunteered the information about not submitting your offer, she had an excuse to go with it (seems unlikely she'd admit to not submitting without having an excuse)...do you know what that excuse was?

She basically said , " no pay , no stay , no excuses ....period" Learned a lot in the hour or so .
