It's easy to say things like, "you'll get access to the MLS" and "you'll be able to save on commissions", but it's my understanding that I would need to park my license with a registered broker, is that correct?  

It's somewhat time consuming and confusing for tenants because they have to have internet access and know background questions.  

So only my trustee has access. 

I used to live in that neighborhood many years ago - it is really nice and also very good access to downtown PDX.

We use a fraction of the bandwidth for our building monitoring and make the rest available to the tenants.When we undertake a substantial renovation of a unit, we will wire it with CAT5/6 to its own internal patch block.  

Also have access to Fairfax County Court site.

It helped me tremendously to have someone that had access to the resources needed to get through the process.

I am really just looking off the MLS, with no real access to a great deal.  

The bidding went to 190k and there were at least 3 similar homes within a few blocks that were superior listed for 150-175k.
