The mountains are so amazing!

But it is unique, the only unit on the 4th floor - I call it the "penthouse" with a giant deck, mountain views, and a parking spot.

Maybe someday I will get to move back to the mountains.  

I enjoy hiking and Mountain Biking in the Rocky Mountains.I have attended many REI Meetings, a few Live Events, and have read 1,000s of forum posts in the last decade. 

We are surrounded by state and national forests as well as several ski mountains and golf courses.

I worked in the mountains east of San Bernardino (Big Bear area) a few summers during college.

But counterintuitive to all that advice is a small, mountain town where the population is hovering at 2,500.

Almost a cult atmosphere without the cult.

Unless you're selling in the mountains, you're not ever going to need to know about Metes & Bounds again...If you want to work with clients, and have little experience, look for a brokerage that partners you up with a mentor, who can help you with your contracts and deadlines.

There is an area that has the most incredible views of the City AND the mountains.
