I own 2 commercial buildings on a very high traffic 4 lane road (50,000 + per day) very good location, purchased 15 years ago and used it for my company, expanded to another building next door.  

Home remodel will be hard since you have to attend school in the day, but some kind of traffic-critical construction, emergency tradesman, or off-hour landscaper could be possible. if none of those are possible, get a traditional teen job and save up as much money as possible. once you graduate, go to college.

Most of the traffic are from wedding guests in the area and people traveling for business.

I got up that early because I despise traffic.

Eugene can be a great STR market as the UofO brings a good amount of traffic, and there aren't (currently) any regulations like those in a lot of vacation markets.

Austins traffic is getting bad so traveling through it better be worth it. 

Right now I'm finishing the removal of a building, but it is the highest traffic count corner in the entire community.
