Repaint at least a couple of rooms with more modern colors.

House prices (and class neighborhoods) really vary block to block, and even more so in the up and coming areas.

Hi all,I'm in the process of looking for deals out of state and have been in contact with several agents in the area to help me sort through the market based on my criteria but I'm having a hard time finding the right town/street as many seem to be block by block.  

There is a fence and some trees blocking the gas station but even though you can't see it easily its still right there!

The house was a block away from me.

It’s a few blocks from Lake Michigan and has been updated recently.

Now I’m not saying this very short journey hasn’t come with road blocks already, but what I will tell you is this.

@Zachary SextonYou seem to block out multiple warnings, very well articulated by @Greg H., @Scott England and others. 

This is a very small self storage facility, 22 units, and pretty old, block construction from 1965, not maintained at all, but functional, just everything is at the end of its life re: roof not failing, but not far from failing, asphalt failing, doors are rusty, limited places with vinyl siding is falling off, etc.
