To really get the best value I would recommend looking for a house that is already "livable" and will not cause you any issues with financing, but has some outdated fixtures and finishes (picture something like a little old lady's house, with green carpeting from the 1970s and old but functional fixtures throughout).

The sweet little ol lady on the other end of the phone said that, "Nick is supposed to be there".I fully understand that Nick probably trained a bunch of people to do the seminars for him and most likely won't be there.I'll make a follow up post after the 1st seminar is over.
