I live in McAllen and have been searching for discount properties through a direct marketing campaign and driving the city. 

I drive through these counties all the time with my other business.Just driving around I can see new subdivisions for luxury large acre home sights going in all over the place in the hill country.

I have been out Driving for dollars and have found a few obvious vacant properties that I myself would like to purchase to flip.
