It is .6 acres, plenty of parking for boats and cars, no HOA, no restrictions, big side yard for volley ball net / badminton, horse shoes, corn hole, or whatever.

On a shoe string, to maximize the rent payments you would fix up the unit you live in and each time you had a vacancy, you would move into an unrenovated unit and fix it up until the property was all renovated and your 1 year FHA occupancy requirement was met.

But heck, you can get them in hardwood too if you want.I put super cheap laminate in my own house lower living room ($.79 a sf plus $.45 sf underlay, $.40 shoe and some paint).

I don't really need to go there but I want to.. its life experiences.. we all spend money on things other think are foolish.for me I could give a rip about cloths and shoes etc.. other Like another partner of mine.. had to wear Italian everything from 700 dollar loafers to 250 dollar shirts and 400 dollar jeans and 3k Cavalli suits.. he talked me into buy two of those Cavalli suits for some guru type speaking I was doing.. now U can tell U are wearing 3k suit and such and they are very nice.. but now if I buy a suit I limit it to 1k for pants and jacket others maybe not so much . 

At least not yet.I would spend some time hanging out here and at local meetups if I were in your shoes.
