I have been considering this for the following reasons:- The cost of $245 for the test seems very reasonable given the substantial increase in returns compared to a REIT- The risk of investing in a RE syndication as a debt investor or even equity seems very low compared to the stock market or other asset classes right now - I would hope that studying for a series 7 would make someone a smarter investorAs a side note, how is it considered too risky for the average investor to invest in a real estate backed investment but investing in Bitcoin or Dogecoin is considered safe for the general public?

He recently came out with a "world's first blockchain NFT for tokenized real estate," (Tykes), hyped it up a ton, and then shortly after launch completely stopped marketing for it.

Facebook is supposed to launch Diem.com this month (used to be called "Libra", a blockchain stable coin) things are changing but I guess not fast enough. 

The fake ones are about making 10k on bit coin???

I would put some in passive syndications with responsible sponsors that I trust, I would invest some in the stock market, precious metals and bitcoin.

Bitcoin has performed well for the trailing 12 months.

There are those that discussed Gold and Bitcoin in the past.  

They might as well invest in bitcoin at that point or day trade.
