There is also unused land around the property that has the potential for making a small on-site laundry facility which could be a possibility as well. 

Possibly - I'm back and forth between a stacked laundry center and an all-in-one.

All the blankets, linens, and towels are washed after each use.

The house is already fully furnished and ready to go, so the arbitrager doesn’t need to do any upfront investment except buying the linens (if they want to do their own laundry) or paying for the first few months’ rent before the business picks up.

Sometimes doing laundry late night like past 11pm.I didn't ask them to reduce the load frequency because I know I have no right to control their lifestyle, and I wasn't experienced enough to add in my lease stating my right to remove the washer if it has been abused.
