I would also go to the city and ask them what you can and cannot do with your lot, and don’t be afraid to ask about the projects you see and are wondering about.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to have them fill out a quick survey or do I just maintain a standard text message with questions?  

Just wondering if anyone had any input on investing in that area.

I graduated College in 1996 and got my first professional job in 1996.Then I said to myself..... who do I really want to get rich?

But you all have convinced me I don't need to quit my day job in order to do this, and I'm feeling much more  confident that I know enough about most of the big hazards to get over my fear of getting started.  

Haha no wonder your wife said no!

Maybe it added a couple new jobs for inspectors and a paper pusher.

@Ned Carey that is an excellent point If i work hard enough it doesn't matter if I'm at the closing or not as long as I can do my job as the wholesaler establishing a Win-Win scenario for both seller and flipper/renter.  

TK’s worked for me especially when i had a FT job and little time to give real estate the focus it needed.
