Trying to figure out a going rate for a job site there for BP.

Good Morning everyone:I am starting out and I want to do a great job at being a wholesaler.

I will likely find a Wholesaler in my market who is in the business of ‘finding deals’; it’s worth it to me to give them a % as this took all day & I have a full time job!  

@Bob Okenwa the price is 210,000$ I just spoke to the broker it’s all section 8 tenants I don’t know much about section 8 tenants but I was wondering how would it be to raise rent on a 1 bd unit from 950$ will that be approved?

So just one accountant would do the job, just get some free consultations before choosing one to build a relationship with. 

I currently have an FHA loan and was wondering if it was more beneficial to refinance to a conventional loan and be able to use FHA again on an investment property or just use a HELOC and avoid some of the fees that come with refinancing such as closing cost.

Indy is business friendly and has a AAA credit rating, lots of jobs and has had a steady 3% population growth over the past 30 years.

We do not want to deal with coins and maintaining.Can anyone recommend a laundry service that they feel does are great job of maintaining their equipment and offer a fair split?
