Im leaning towards wholesaling as my entry to the financial freedom lifestyle.

It’s a more feasible option for one to budget and learn how to manage Monet and cut expenses and saveTo start investing then be out chasing a pipeDream.Obviously it seems like this individual is in a position where he needs to work many hours a week to maintain his lifestyle so he needs to change his habits first and watch everything else in life follow suite.

Mind you, it's kind of common knowledge and all over that Portugal can be a place for lifestyle or investment so you needn't them for that.

What would you say differently in the letter if you wanted to purchase a vacation rental (that also needed a bit of rehab work) as a lifestyle asset for investment and personal use?

I'm all for a slower lifestyle.

We live in the very northern end of Calvert County, which is still within easy commuting distance to D.C. and Andrews AFB, and we have good schools and a very "family-friendly", low-crime, country lifestyle out here.
