One weird thing he said was that he doesn't use Paypal or Credit Card for the 1500 dollar payment so I do have concern that me may just disappear after the 1500 dollars paid.

first of all thank you for replies.im thinking to get a loan for 150k. buy a house for 100 and use 50 toward reno. i have 10 years of experience in house repairs so im planning on doing some repairs myself. i have many saved and i just paid of all my credit cards, student loand etc. also how soon can i sell my house meaning by law do i have to wait 2 years since its my first house?

Also, I had been putting the large expense of buying new products for my import business on credit card, incurring about 20k in debt every September in preparation for the holiday season.

I already have my business cards and have given them out to friends and family and local businesses around town.

Katerina's dad's house in Bmore has his gas stolen to the tune of $7k last winter.  

and or stolen when the tenant leaves.Now many of the folks I know who deal in these lower end units.. will give the stove and a very cheap refer to the tenant day one...and tell them they are their to take with them when they leave.. pre emps the tenant stealing them.. and they then have to maintain them.. cuts down on maintenance calls.

Get a student credit card and always pay it off before the end of the month.

For the moment I currently dont have any credit cards, or any credit.

Learn the ropes and build up money and then ask them to partner with you on a deal to get you started.Make credit from okay to excellent and start paying off high interest cards.
