In general, we see by far the best performance for owners who are willing to invest in an older VR home close in to Disney, and renovate it to a high standard.

I can't supply any good information regarding the purchasing process of VR's in Costa Rica, but I do have a lot of information/data on managing short term rentals (STR's) in the country.

They are a small company owned by business partners Jeff & Christine (VR owners themselves) and they take care of their clients' properties the same way they take care of their own.

Just because one VR is pulling down $4K a month doesn't mean you will.
