I was given bids for the work that literally included 5$ for a light bulb being changed and 13,000 in rehad work to 700 sq feet.

I'm trying to install some LED rope lights around my balcony/deck area and ideally I'd like to plug the lights into my HVAC Closet rather than using the outdoor outlet that I have to have a cleaner look.

I have seen some warnings in this thread and elsewhere that TK is actually not a good approach for the investor. 

How much to change a light bulb?

Have you bought any of the higher end medicine cabinets with built in lighting, etc.? 

Further, you must include language in the real estate contract entitled “Lead Warning Statement” declaring that you have met all notification requirements.
