I'm looking at contracting a property to wholesale. the property has a horrible pet odor in it and theres no flooring anywhere.

One person booked at the normal rate instead of what we quoted and the other somehow had a pet fee attached which we still don’t understand since we do not have that as an option.  

Are there anythings that will cause problems with getting the insurance (knob & tube wiring, aluminum wiring, flat roof, tenants with aggressive pets, not lead safe, Asbestos siding/roofing, etc.)If you have any questions on the things I've mentioned please do not hesitate to PM me.

Not really sure what your goal is in regards to making your life more difficult.There is no logic in a pet owner buying a rattle snake to experience a snake bite.If you want to do section 8 modify your screening for that purpose, concentrate on credit history and previous landlords as most on welfare are not measured by income. 

We have rehabbed houses and apartments that had terrible damage from tobacco smoke as well as pets.  

We have a minimum score to qualify and the deposit is on a sliding scale depending on the score, with additional deposit amounts for poor history like BK and/or personal factors like pets.

However, a smaller apartment that allows pets is not much cheaper than our mortgage.  

So we ripped out the carpet,but don't know what to do about the tile. As a good flipper we feel like we should just rip it out also,but it's nice looking tile,can it be deodorized and cleaned.We know we'll need to use...
