but i see a lot of their boot camps for just the price of a pro membership and I suspect those are good dealers for the beginner investor.

I don't mind if you leave it in the driveway overnight, but it needs to be gone by 6 AM or it will be towed.

I don't like to leave my house sitting empty, I'm camping out there so it doesn't look empty and that is getting tough on me.

I agree I am not trying  to get rich over night, with a my 401k...but what  I am trying to do is put it to work on a asset  like a multi family duplex  where I can rent my current  home and house hack into a duplex  with my 401k downpayment.....your thought?
