Add the gas appliance coverage for just the furnace and hot water heater at $12.00/month from PSE&G. 

You may want to check your dwelling coverage and see if it was increased. 

If they are just asking they are looking for estimated numbers to figure our the debt service coverage ratio.

Remember, you will have to make sure you meet their underwriting guidelines...My bank does 80% LTV and 1.2 DSCR, or Debt Service coverage ratio.

By the way on the lease agreement I put a $250,000 coverage requirement for the renters insurance and I based this on the value of my house which is approximately about that much, however I know that some apartments ask for $100k coverage, how much coverage should I be asking for? 

There are no warranties of title with the QCD.As posted previously, check your title policy, because conveying without updating the policy will have affects on coverage.  

Cesspools are outdated and not environmentally sound.When purchasing a property the buyer needs to do their due diligence, which would include a comprehensive inspection.

If you are not living there it is called a landlord policy, which is similar to a homeowners policy, but without personal property coverage (or very low just to cover appliances).

You may have no coverage at all- if that is the case, ask your agent what you can do to mitigate your risk, and I'd not renew that tenant at my first opportunity.
