ProForma Software – When conducting ProForma’s is there a software that is preferred to use other than an excel sheet?

PM Software (igms / yourporter) Pricing Software (price labs / beyond pricing) Auto Scheduling....Takes a day or two to set this stuff up but it's set it and forget it.

You can start the application now but the SBA has a temporary stay on all loans that aren’t the PPP till the end of June so you need to make sure your Seller is very patient... and SBA loans aren considered fast in normal times.

What have you found as the most useful software/programs in real estate development analysis?

Can you recommend great mapping software?
