The letters of administration confirming who is handling the estate can be obtained from the probate/orphans court.Even if you get what you have been promised, the funds aren't available unless the period for creditor claims has expired and all claims submitted have been paid or otherwise resolved.

You could buy it yourself--I've gotten some of my best/biggest home runs that way.You'll understand and be able to resolve problems with elegance when you have the experience lots of closings under your belt, whether they are yours or a buyer/seller of yours.Being in a high-energy office with lots of top producers is a giant MOTIVATOR and wonderful learning experience.IHMO, if you want to be more than just "involved" in real estate, get your license.

I find that the realtors are really not that good as compared to resolving issues on the attorney level. issues usually arise out of home inspection report and other such issues and if the attorney can resolve then the HUD form is clean.

I had an issue with the contractor and obtaining the architectural plan for the attic initially but I resolved it but it affected the timeline of getting the permit from the city which pushes us behind when it comes to completing the project.
