@Kim R.I will have them do a paper application, and the background check online info is separate.Typically information you need on an application is more extensive then the info required on an online background check, which typically you only need SSN, DOB, name, and 1 or 2 former addresses I think that's all.In my application I would need to know how many vehicles, each vehicle's license plate number, how many pets - breed/weight/markings/age, who is their emergency contact, etc etc etc...and then I incorporate the completed application form as a component of the lease. 

(they lied by not having pets).

Is this a state specific genretic lease or is it customizable to include ( Pet fee, storage fee, etc)

My tenants had multiple pet cats which had left a real strong smell and  odor in the house.

It removes odors from smoking, pets, food, teenage boys, etc.I purchased an apartment complex and one of the units had smokers in it for over 30 years.

One flashlight per person in your household.Batteries and battery operated radio.First aid kit and medicine.Lots of water (3-7 days).Canned food and pet food (Make sure your pet has its name tag on).Make sure you have enough gas in your car.

We have yet to discuss this with the family member, but in assuming we will have to stay somewhere besides a hotel because of pets, the $50 will be barely adequate to cover the gasoline cost and the cost to eat a warm meal before we can get down there.

Like you said, I don't mind fixing REAL problems and not fake problems because they are pet peeves of certain inspectors.

I haven't had a hint of cigarette smoke since, or any odors from the pet stained floorboards.
