I can honestly say that I would never pay that much for a mentorship program, for it just doesn't make sense, for when you have a free mentorship program right here at your finger tips.

There are two free resources at you fingertips and one not so user friendly to find good leads. visit Zillows mapping for rentals in a market, locate the address and then locate the owner.
