Commercial loans keep your name out of everything, so a lawyer looking to sue you will not be able to touch anything except the assets of the company.That's about all I've got that's helpful, but I'm sure there will be others with some additional info for you.

I thought bars were required for any unit with small kids above the ground floor.I ran across this post while searching for a better lease than the "Family Lawyer" software we've been using for many years.
