@Rapy Narruhn thank you for that bit of information, im currently looking for an investor to work under but incase neither take me on im still looking for the spot to start, ive already started looking in to marketing campaigns to run to bring in some leads but i havent taken any physical action yet.

I've got a physical presence in Memphis and it's easy enough for us to drive around and reach out to realtor's (which is how we got our first 2) but Curt's group has made it so easy, that I have no interest outside of turnkey in the Memphis area anymore.

I think that real estate is super local, and that you will be dealing with folks that are local, like agents, lenders, handymen, contractors, and tenants, and that you will find that you miss out on opportunity and/or experience problems that affect local investors differently.I think the question is - where do I want to commit to being physically tied to, and then how can I go about making an investment there work for financial benefits?
