I have heard of lenders doing this, but that they charge an interest rate that is associated with loaning to an LLC, not an individual.

I'd like to find one that will allow me to individually keep track of each expense per unit/building, but all the one's I've seen so far on the site (in the spreadsheeet area and doing a search on the forums) just would have me tally up all my expenses and enter them per month rather than breaking them apart in a separate column.

Usually a multi unit building is already set up and metered for a "house" account meaning any electrical service to individual apartments is wired to that unit on a separate meter..and all halls, exterior lighting, laundry rooms, etc are on another separate meter that is in the owner's name usually refereed to as a house account.
