It looks like rest all in section II does not seem to be valid.

I grew up in the lower class moved around a lot and even spent a year or two in section 8 and theres nothing wrong with that.

You will feel those nervous butterflies, you won't want to say anything, etc.

I would be nervous about refinancing too because that is not really getting your money out -- it's taking on more debt.I think you need to contact someone who specializes in this -- a financial planner or an estate planner.
