The pace has been picking up lately, and especially since we're considering another GC, we're realizing we need to be more organized about all the details that need to be communicated to our builder.

Now that I am beginning to obtain a lot of properties I want to keep them organized and in order to keep track of everything. 

And. you have to be organized, fast and you have to try to get all the illegal actions explained one time and in less than about one minute.

@Grant Gaffney you should look for a job with a commercial investment and development company and work your way through all positions in the organization.

Another thing we learned from a family member was to insist on a meeting with a potential tenant to discuss family budgets; Housing, food, insurance,clothng, entertainment, savings..... 

We have made a few exceptions but more often then not a complaint of an infestation typically turns out to be a dozen ants caused by food on the floor and a wasted trip to the property.I just resolved a situation today with a newer tenant.
