Hi guys,I've been helping entrepreneurs and small businesses increase targeted leads and boost sales with Facebook and Instagram marketing.

I am quite sure there are better ways to utilize it but I was boosting adds and posts with key word target demographics etc. 

It was for me, and I just did a podcast for David Pere (From Military to Millionaire) where we discuss this about both of our struggles with that mental wall.

That means that each month you're actually starting to net a nice boost to your net assets in  the form of principle pay down. 

Youtube, Facebook (boosting the posts), Facebook marketplace, Zillow etc.

Conditioning, training, technique, preparation, mental.

They typically have a freelancer mentality and won't really get involved with your company.Better to hire a Remote Team Member for long-term that you can train up and give more responsibilities.

Chris, you have a horrible mentality, dismissing people who have been very successful in the RE space.

It's more about your comfort level and mental capacity for self management.
