Please state your experience, especially professional designations, Broker, Agent, CPA, RMLO, Attorney, Engineer, etc.There are more newbies without any experience on BP than anyone else, when they ask a question, those that advise assume they a new and begin with some RE basics to explain, I do, and to later find it's an RE Broker asking, all that may have been said was for not.
