Next rung is wholesalers (so one extra hand in the cookie jar) and then MLS/realtors (2 extra hands - plus their "employers'" cut - in the cookie jar.If you want to find wholesalers, you either need to network in local events or find a facebook page dedicated to RE or sale of property...most wholesalers will place their properties there because it can be seen by the most eyes.

Start growing your network, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events, find a mentor doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers.

Hi @Carlos Romero Lott,As @Jack Tulloch mentioned,On BiggerPockets, you can use the Network --> Hard Money Lenders --> Filter by state to get a starting point for hard money lenders in Michigan.Also, connecting with local investors through meetups/REIA events can be helpful.
