But job types are extremely limited for someone without a HS diploma and are usually minimum wage/low paying.For example, I used to manage a large convenience store/gas station. 

I’d look at Jersey City as long as you stay near the train lines you can be in Manhattan door to door in 30 minutes or less which is roughly the same amount of time it would take you to get from Nostrand Ave to Penn Station on the subway.

you simply get used to never going to a gas station :) My neighbors have never used a gas station either :)

I also bought the Bayer Maxforce bait stations  and gave 5-6 to each unit.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.
