New York where this price can be normal

I am from New York and looking toInvest in Philadelphia.

Thank you again for your valuable advice.I've been contemplating the idea of investing in New York as it's conveniently close to the border, allowing me to drive down there for potential opportunities.

I have been reading (and witnessing) that there is a lot more domestic travel during this time and I live in New York so both locations are a close weekend getaway that during more normal times people love to take for hiking, skiing etc...

@Abel Curiel Currently very interested in the Bronx, but keeping an eye out for opportunities in East New York, Brooklyn.

After speaking to several landlords they all suggested I go out to jersey due to the fact that New York is a tenant-friendly state.
