Its a really antiquated system because ETF's are far more efficent, and no one gets a sales commision on ETF's

Maybe I am using a local-term or even perhaps an antiquated term.  

@Ronnie Galindo It may seem antiquated but I am a firm believer in leveraging a well placed written letter to find deals. 

I love Gardening (Organic), I grow medicinal herbs and make teas, Beekeeping (we just started back after my husband lost his hives several years ago); Nature Photography, Antiquing and Flea Markets (Pre-Covid we were planning to drive around the country going to different flea markets and antique fairs in our vintage Airstream; but those plans are on hold), Tai-Chi (Love it!)

Manufactured housing is wildly antiquated, because of this factor several companies have re-invision and invigorate the engineering of such to wild success.

Not surprisingly I had to press them for some of the less favorable information, such as oil bill records on a house that was poorly insulated with an antiquated boiler.

There's plenty of Markets from Western PA all the way to the western border of Indiana that offer great entry points, affordable rehab costs, antiquated houses, emerging neighborhoods. 

@Tiffany Colter rental real estate has this bad habit for being an epically antiquated industry, steadily a couple decades behind the times in integration, and this is a perfect example. 

It's antiquated at this point and I'd be leery toward anyone pitching properties based on this metric.Do deals still work?
