You should also list the things they should transfer to you: security deposits or any other funds held on your behalf, spare keys/codes/openers, tenant contact information, tenant payment history, information on any unfinished maintenance requests, etc.NOTE: the PM may refuse to share the application because there is a legitimate, legal responsibility to protect sensitive information the social security number.
