What's the current demand for properties in your chosen area?

So be a good business-person, and a good human (assuming the tenant has shown the same) and offer them an option that works for both parties.

Surface level.. eternal growth and expansion doesn’t serve humans or the earth well.

The human brain is wired to find and be attracted to patterns Like I said, a designer can be great but better as a consultant than a full service IMO

I have chosen option 2 in the past.

It's just the way the human mind works.

I need to continue to cultivate my skills in human interaction. 

I am using hard money to fund this deal so time is money, but also just trying to be a good human because it seems like a nice family with small kids and I know from experience how much it can suck to get kicked out of your home on short notice. 

I'm A Real Estate Agent, so with my knowledge of the area, in the current Market, I expect to be able to sell a brand new home on a 40 by 150 ft lot for around 700k in the region (give or take depending on size of home/floor plan chosen).

I have chosen the 2 year live and flip in order to avoid the capitol gains tax. would love to speak with other investors in the area, and/or maybe even help to start a Fallon investment club!!
