I've automated most everything and able to take that burden off.Before I had things in place, I completely understand!

Something I've implemented more recently that has helped me a lot is trying to add value to people's lives.

Pull out one or two Mktg tips that are easily implementable and go with it.   

The majority of my deals come via direct mail and I'm looking for some advice on how to automate that process.

@Toby Russell,Take this clue from the name: Z-estimate, the key being the word "estimate".It's an automated guess, not an intelligent judgement.It's says, "Zestimate", not "Zappraisal".Zillow shows you recent sales around the property you're looking at.
