I’ve been studying the BRRRR strategy for some time now and I want to take action soon to complete my goal to get my first property by this year.I’ve been looking around for HML to further understand their terms and procedure and I am planning on meeting with them and I’ve talked on the phone with others.

@Zev Jankovic I just got off the phone with them in a phone call before submitting the offer and that was indeed what they wanted.

Hi Rebecca,With contractors --if you don't know how to spec a job there will be miscommunication and you will feel burned. ie, why was the wall left open after the electrician put in a new wire--why did the plumber leave all of the old fixtures in the hallway and then just bolt out the door, never to return and never to return your phone calls?
