Where are you traveling from?

The properties that we looked at have older trailers with long-time residents.

I don't currently own real estate.The dilemma I have is that I work as a traveling physical therapist. 

If financing does not work, I may have to sell and we may end up traveling similar paths in different timeframes.  

I have three months left of grad school for physical therapy (limited knowledge of real estate), and plan on starting travel therapy when I graduate, using my house hack as a rental property while I travel. 

I know that an FHA loan requires owner occupancy, however, how does this work for a W2 traveling worker???

I'm in SC and travel to the Houston med center one week a month for work. 

Someone commented about the best way to do this would be to buy a piece of property and put trailers there.Which was my idea.
