New to real estate investing!
Current plan: looking to use FHA loan on a house hack for a SFH in either the Tacoma/Seattle area or Des Moines, IA (my hometown). I have three months left of grad school for physical therapy (limited knowledge of real estate), and plan on starting travel therapy when I graduate, using my house hack as a rental property while I travel.
